Eligibility for Returns

• Unopened & Unused: We accept returns only for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the date of receipt.

How to Initiate a Return

• Your order number

• Reason for the return

Our team will respond with return instructions, including the return address and any additional requirements.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item received was defective or incorrect.

Damaged Orders

While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, Bosk Heat Co is not responsible for damages that may occur during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at boskheatco@gmail.com, including photos of the damage and your order details. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
