Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship to?
A: Currently, we ship within Australia only.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Orders are shipped on business days only and we make every effort to ship all orders next business day. Once dispatched, delivery takes 5-10 business days depending on your location. Remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times.

Q: Do you offer express shipping?
A: At this time, we do not offer express shipping. All orders are shipped via standard delivery at a flat rate of $12.

Q: Why are essential oils considered dangerous goods?
A: Essential oils are highly concentrated substances that require special handling, so they are classified as “Dangerous Goods” for shipping purposes. This means they can only be shipped via standard methods and may require additional handling.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of receipt for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. For more details, please see our Return Policy.

Q: How do I initiate a return?

Q: Who covers the cost of return shipping?
A: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

A: All care is taken when packing your order to ensure your items are safe when leaving our warehouse. Once your package has left our warehouse, Bosk Heat Co. is not responsible for damages incurred during transit.
